It could only be labeled "vino spumante.” But, in 2020, the Prosecco DOC allowed the labeling and selling of pink sparkling wine with the Prosecco Rosé DOC designation. Prosecco Rosé has quickly become a successful symbol of celebration and a revolution in the wine industry.
